Dear Students,
In response to the national strategy for international communication development and to enhance JUFE’s voice and influence on the global stage, JUFE, leveraging its high-quality academic resources and international cooperation platforms, has established the “International Communication Talent Training Camp”. The camp aims to cultivate high-quality, interdisciplinary international communication talents, focusing on developing students’ global vision, diverse thinking, cross-cultural communication abilities, and professional communication skills and contributing JUFE’s wisdom and strength to the promotion of exchanges between Chinese and global civilizations. The recruitment and selection process for students is now open. Relevant details are as follows:
I Training Camp Information
(ⅰ) Training Model
The program runs for one year and adopts a training model of “theoretical study + practical training”, emphasizing the consolidation of students’ theoretical foundations in international communication, helping them grow into a reserve force capable of undertaking the mission of international communication in the new era.
The program integrates high-quality resources from both within and outside the university. It will invite industry professionals such as executives from ByteDance, program officers from international organizations, former CCTV directors, influential social media content creators, Huawei’s international communication strategy experts, and well-known children’s literature authors to form a high-level teaching team that combines academic depth and practical experience, providing students with professional guidance and support.

(ⅲ) Training Period
The program is conducted from June 2026 to June 2027 in the form of a training camp, with training activities organized online and offline during students’ spare time. This helps to facilitate the deep integration of students’ international communication theory and practical skills.
II Program Outcomes and Incentives
(ⅰ) Students who complete the training camp courses and pass the assessments will receive a certificate of completion officially issued by the university, and credits will be recognized in accordance with the credit management regulations formulated by the Academic Affairs Office.
(ⅱ) Outstanding students will receive priority funding to participate in relevant competitions, visits to international organizations, and other activities.
(ⅲ) The program will provide recommendation support for students applying for internships or positions in international organizations, and will offer corresponding subsidies to those who are successfully recruited.
(ⅳ) Participating students may, in accordance with relevant regulations, apply for course recognition and credit transfer for courses taken during the training camp.
III Enrollment Targets and Requirements
(ⅰ) Enrollment Targets
Open to senior undergraduate students, master’s students, and doctoral students university-wide.
(ⅱ) Enrollment Quota
Generally no more than 50 students (a small number of auditing seats may be available for graduating students on a case-by-case basis).
(ⅲ) Selection Criteria
① Love China, have a good moral character, and a sense of social responsibility;
② Have a clear intention to intern or work in international organizations;
③ Possess English and Chinese skills, professional competence, and an international perspective;
④ English proficiency: CET-4 score of 480 or above, or CET-6 score of 425 or above;or Chinese proficiency: HSK Level 3 or above.
IV Completion Requirements
① Achieve a passing grade in all courses;
② Participate in the internship and practical activities organized by the training camp as required;
③ Complete the required number of applications for internships or positions in international organizations and participate in the training camp’s practical activities. (Note: Auditing students must complete the designated internship, practice, and application tasks.)

Preliminary screening will be conducted based on the submitted application materials to determine the shortlist.
(ⅲ) Interview and Assessment
Applicants should submit their resume, academic transcripts, language proficiency certificates, and relevant award certificates to the contact email address before July 12. Selected students will receive admission notification emails before July 15.
