Shangrao Station: Exploring the "Three Stations in One" Mode of Civil Affairs Service

On July 16th to 17th, the research team, accompanied by leaders from the Civil Affairs Bureau of Shangrao City, visited Qianshan District, Guangfeng District, and Xinzhou District respectively to understand the construction of the "three in one" civil affairs service station, charity service station and rescue service station, They held a discussion on the revision and improvement of the "Service Guide for Township (Street) Civil Affairs Service Stations", and the attending representatives exchanged views on the organization standardization, standard service quality, service effectiveness, and development prospects of the "Service Guide". During this period, Qian Hui.an outstanding alumnus of our school and the head of Shangrao Starry Sky Social Work Service Society, also introduced to the team the innovative approach of its research and development project brand . Fuzhou Le'an: Focusing on the mental health of disadvantaged children and jointly drawing ablueprint for care

On July 18th, the team conducted a special investigation into the formulation of the "MentalHealth Service Standards for Children in Difficult Situations" in Le'an County, Fuzhou City. Atthe Le'an County Minors Protection Center, the team listened to the introduction of the center'sresponsible person on the center's work in caring for and protecting disadvantaged children, andconducted on-site inspections of relevant files and materials, Subsequently, the team held asymposium with civil affairs officials, social work station leaders, service project leaders fordisadvantaged children, social work supervisors, front-line social workers, psychologicalcounselors, and others at the Le'an County Civil Affairs Bureau. The attending representatives hada thorough exchange on the service subjects, service recipients, service processes, service contentand service guarantees involved in the standard revision, and the atmosphere of the meeting wasvery lively. Yichun Zhangshu City: Innovative Practice of Assistance and Referral Services for Difficult Children

On the morning of July 19th, the research team visited the Yichun Social Assistance Station andthe Yuanzhou District Children's Welfare Institute to gain a deeper understanding ofthe currentsituation and challenges of local assistance and referral work for disadvantaged children. In theafternoon of that day, the team visited the Zhangshu City Procuratorate again to investigate thelocal procuratorial organs’ characteristic practices and experiences in deepening the construction of the "three stations and three members" platform, strengthening campus legal and safetyeducation, and enhancing the legal awareness and self-protection ability ofminors. Subsequentlythe teacher-student team visited the Civil Affairs Bureau of Zhangshu City and held discussionswith representatives from local civil affairs, women's federations, youth league committees.education and sports bureaus, social organizations, and other departments. The attendingrepresentatives introduced typical cases and work experiences of assistance and referral servicesfor disadvantaged children.

This research activity demonstrate the active efforts of the social work faculty and student teamof the School of Humanities in promoting the professionalizationof local services, and furtherdeepens the cooperation and communication between the school and the local area.
